Thursday February 3rd 2011 was a busy day here at Blue Cliff! Administration threw a Welcome Aboard Luau for our students. The break room was decorated with paper lanterns and Ashley Sands gave each student in attendance a lei and welcomed them to the party. Jenny Ladnier brought in 3 door prizes, one for each department. The registration form for the door prize asked a simple question:

“What do you like best about Blue Cliff Career College?”

The three door prize winners and their answers were; Dana Austin, from Esthetics night class wrote, “Provides a great education. Great teachers and fun people to be around. I couldn’t ask for a better place.” Melony Shiveley, from our brand new Massage Therapy day class wrote, “Everyone is so very friendly, I am completely comfortable.”
And Amanda Parker, from Cosmetology day class summed it up by saying, “What’s not to like!”.

The students were encouraged to eat, drink, and relax while watching Lilo and Stitch. Luau punch, fruit salad, and sandwiches were served. Everyone had an amazing time.
